1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by Beyond Dogs Pty Ltd (the Company) to you. By booking our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Bookings are open to dog owners over 18 years of age. Owners are responsible for their dog's behaviour and safety during sessions and at all times while working with the Company.
Bookings made by dog owners under 18 years of age must be approved by and attended by a legal guardian.

2. Services Provided
We offer dog training services, including but not limited to:

3. Booking and Payment
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment, including information about the dog, time, location, and price. An invoice with payment instructions will also be provided.
We primarily only work with one client and one dog at a time. This time is reserved for you and you alone. We look forward to supporting you and your dog but are aware at times that circumstances may change.

By finalising any booking and making payment for your lesson you are agreeing to these terms and liable for any associated fees.
Full payment for any Initial Consultation is due seven (7) days before the session, unless agreed otherwise.
Payment methods accepted include Bank Transfer, Credit Card, and Cash.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds
Please refer to our Cancelling, Rescheduling and Refunds policy and associated procedures on our website.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information regarding their dog's health, behaviour, and any special needs. Based on the information provided, Trainers will tailor the session to be conducted within the appropriate environment and with the tools necessary to maximise success.
Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and free from fleas and ticks.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their dogs are adequately secured, either on leash or in the backyard, before the trainer enters the home.
Any dogs with a bite history may be requested to be restrained, with a muzzle fitted prior to the trainer entering the home.
Failure to comply with the above conditions may result in immediate termination of the session. If this is the case, no refund will be offered.

6. Liability
While we take all reasonable care to protect and care for your dog, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to the dog during our Services, except as required by law under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Clients are held responsible and liable for any property damage, including public or privately owned, caused by their dog during training sessions.
Clients are held responsible and liable for any injuries caused by their dog including any harm inflicted to humans or other animals.
The company will not be liable for any damages or injuries caused by the client’s dog.

7.Confidentiality Agreement
Protection of Business Methods and Materials
All training techniques, methods, and proprietary materials shared by the Company during sessions are the intellectual property of Beyond Dogs Pty Ltd and are provided solely for the client’s personal use with their dog. Clients agree not to reproduce, share, or distribute these materials without prior written consent.

Non-Disclosure of Training Content
Clients acknowledge that information, guidance, and resources provided during training sessions are confidential and proprietary. Clients agree not to disclose or share any training content, methodologies, or materials with third parties, including but not limited to other trainers or businesses.

Prohibition on Copying or Replicating Services or material
Clients agree that they will not use the information or methods shared by the company to create similar training services, products, or educational content. Any attempt to replicate or monetize Beyond Dogs Intellectual Property (IP) without permission will be considered a breach of this agreement.
The information provided in any material provided to the client is considered the intellectual property of the company and is protected by law under The Copyright Act 1968. Unauthorized copy and/or distribution of this material may result in legal action and prosecution.

8. Unfair Contract Terms
These Terms comply with the ACL. Any term deemed unfair under the ACL may be rendered unenforceable.

9. Privacy Policy
We collect personal information to provide our Services. Any personal information collected will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website. Continued use of our Services after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that region.
